Principal,
Content Management Consulting since 2002
I help organizations troubleshoot and optimize how they write and translate technical materials (aka "content management").
I audit their current processes, train authors and translators, and help managers to identify and deploy the language technologies that they need.
This saves them money on translation, time to market, and headaches in maintenance. I often partner with the COMSYS Globalization team.
